Definition: A person you think behaves or speaks in a way that lacks intelligence or good judgement.

1. Will claim to know what he or she is doing. That is, person believes that he/she has a desire, wish or determination; with a false sense of self-importance (MASTER OF SELF-DECEPTION).

2. Never listens to a voice of reason or concedes to superior argument (THINKS HE'S/SHE'S THE SMARTEST OR WISEST).

3. Cannot think deeply or reason constructively. That is, unable to comprehend or understand thoroughly (WON'T AGREE OTHERWISE).

4. Has no patience. Or tolerance level is very low and inadequate (WOULD NOT SUFFER "FOOLS" GLADLY).

5. Celebrates and is satisfied with mediocrity; small, minor or inconsequential achievement(s). And/or does not know the difference between poorness and excellence (LITTLE MIND, SMALL SENSE, NO BRAIN).

6. Attitude or behaviour - comments, acts or actions, and inaction - are never defensible, no matter the attempts made and/or the insistence shown (VERY RIGHT IN HIS OR HER OWN EYES).

7. Never learns from foolishness or foolhardiness, unless ... . In other words, will not agree that he or she lacks basic intelligence or good judgement (HAPPY AND SATISFIED STILL).

8. Can never attain maximum potential, even though he or she may not know this (PITIABLE, UNREASON).

9. Never truly respected, loved or valued, whatever pretence others make to the contrary (UNDESIRABLE).

10. Not ever truly sorry, apologetic or remorseful for wrongdoings or mistakes - did he/she know or acknowledge these? (NEVER HAS A REGRET).

11. Very easy to take for a ride, when necessary, and cheap to get away with this person being cheated, defeated in an argument, denied rights, etc. (ALWAYS A DUNCE).
