Usually this 'dish' costs no dime, is ever ready and always available; normally healthy and wholesome for body, mind and soul. So, why do most people not 'eat' this 'meal' as often and/or as much as they ought? O ... ccupying your mind most of the time is: Appearance (visage, looks, dressing, etc.), Account balance (offering, zakat, etc.) and Affiliation (sect, etc.). But, what do these mean to God Almighty? O ... lympics: the 'greatest ideal'. Why then is sex not an Olympic 'sport'? (Moral: do not die for 'it'; no gold medals or awards have ever been awarded for great, 'out-of-this-world' sex!) D ... eed that is true, which is a reflection of your inner self (= heart/mind/being) is all He sees. That's all God knows. F ... ailure is ever, always knocking, but never pushes a door: it can come in only when the door is opened for it. And only the 'knob-holder' (= you) can do this. O ... nly one supreme being worthy of worship. Are you worshipping political power or money or a material thing or beauty or an inanimate object or a fellow man/woman or .... ? R ... emember the adage: everyday for the thief and one day for the owner? So it is exactly: all of now is for you, all of the hereafter is for the Author of life! Think. Be ready and prepared. Repent, if necessary , before the 'owner's day' comes! T ... his life that you have at present is given to you by the Creator in trust. What are you doing with it? H ... im (Adam) and then her (Eve) in the beginning. Yet, God could have created two men first, before making one woman or two or more women. Therefore, why are some humans not 'straight'? O ... kay to play God (?) OK, if you think so. So, exactly when will you pass on - time, date, place and circumstance? You see, ... no answer ... only the Almighty knows when you will surely die. U ... nderstanding. How much of it do you think, know or claim to have? Ask for His'. That is the only understanding that gives victory. G ... ratitude or contentment is not being satisfied with what you've got, it is being happy for what you need but do not have. H ... eaven or hell? Where are you bound? If you are not worshipping God sincerely, then you are only glorifying yourself. On that day - Judgment Day - you will find out: paradise or hellfire? T ... hink! "God, thank you." Is that all you can offer? (Shame!) Even the Devil is 'thankful' to God for permitting it (= him/her?) to operate. So, you must do more - do good, do right, for that is what will separate you from Lucifer who also gives 'thanks'. __________________ ... just thinking. | |
