Definition: The quality of liking to do something which other people find annoying or unpleasant, and doing it often.

3. Thing will be done effectively, efficiently and promptly.

5. No shame about what is liked to be done. That is, act or action would not be denied and thing can be done publicly or openly.

6. Some loss would arise from regularity of act as some other things will be left unattended to as a result of much liking and the time that would be subsequently spent doing thing.

7. Regularity of acts serves purpose(s). That is, some personal gain accrues to the person doing thing, even though many other people are angry and disappointed with doer.
