Purposeful and necessary. 2. Length, measurement and/or size of material is adequate. 3. Nature of material does not cause a damage to the tent. 4. Fixed or attached correctly and to the right place(s) of tent. 5. Colour(s) of material does not result in an unplanned loss, especially for people, if any, that may be inside or under tent. 6. Material is of durable quality - will lasts throughout the duration of rain. And be usable, if necessary, during the next rain. 7. Material serves purpose(s).
