| FLY-TIPPING Definition: (British English) The act of leaving waste somewhere illegally. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary, by the offender, to dump waste in the wrong place. 2. Place is clearly marked or known as 'a no refuse' point. 3. Waste is completely useless - will add nothing positive or productive to the place. 4. Waste will be cleared as soon as possible by environmental or health officials or concerned responsible citizens. 5. Criminal is not apprehended for committing an illegality. 6. Person who dumps waste will deny act, if confronted, without solid or irrefutable evidence. 7.
