| FLY-POSTING Definition: (British English) The act of putting up pieces of paper advertising something in public places, without official permission. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity for person pasting fliers. 2. Advert or print is clear, bold and readable. 3. Places where posted are known to be points where fliers are not allowed to be placed. 4. The offender knows that permission should be obtained. And knows where to go receive appropriate authorization. 5. Pieces of paper will deface the places. 6. Unwanted papers are left on for a considerable period of time and are seen by the public, whether 'patronage' is promoted or not. 7. Person or persons responsible is/are not apprehended or cautioned, even if seen polluting the environment. And no loss is suffered by offender, while performing act, from a fight/fisticuffs, shove, etc. 8.
