Material(s) that surface is made of is/are safe to walk, dance, march, slide, etc. on. That is, place is in the proper condition - rough or smooth, not slippery!, except ... . 5. Clean, neat and tidy, unless surface is otherwise for particular reason(s) and for a specified period. That is, surface does not ordinarily pose a health hazard to you. 6.
