| ARBITRARINESS (2) Definition: An act of using power without restriction and without considering other people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for user. 2. User is entitled to the power being misapplied. 3. Some gain, benefit, joy, etc. will be expected from bad use. 4.
