| FLIPPANCY (1) Definition: The state or quality of being flippant (= showing that you do not take something as seriously as other people think you should). ______________________________________________________________________ * All six or seven elements, as applicable, would be in. 1. State is purposeful and necessary in your considered opinion. 2. The concerned matter or issue is understood in all its ramifications. That is, inspection/viewing, assessment/evaluation, analysis/reasoning, etc. as applicable or necessary, has been conclusively done on or over thing. 3. No impediments - of time, resources, law, rule, regulation, etc. - exists to make it impossible for thing to be taken seriously. 4. You are/were cautioned or warned, by others, of the impending danger or risk that would arise from your not being as serious as is/was expected. 5. A loss is the sure end result of lackadaisical, trivializing, nonchalance or 'uncaring' attitude. That is, there will be some regrets afterwards from the negative quality shown. 6. No opportunity or second chance will be available, for you, later, for the 'wrong' to be corrected. 7.
