Purposeful and considered necessary to go by air, instead of by road, rail or sea. 2. Departure is timely. (And the plane is the right one!) 3. On-board/in-flight services and entertainment, if any, are excellent - innovative and enjoyable - and in order, whichever the class of travel. 5. Constant and regular communication, as necessary, is maintained between the flight cabin and the passengers/crew, especially before air turbulence, landing, diversion (where applicable), etc. 6. No mechanical or technical problem arises during trip, especially one that can be noticed by the passengers. ________________________________________________ MILITARY FIGHTER OR TRANSPORT PLANE. 7. No negative incidents - skyjacking attempt, fisticuffs, etc. occur during journey. And seatmate, if any, isn't a pain in the ass. 8. Landing at destination is safe and is at the expected time of arrival (connect to #2 & #7). Not ill-fated ! 9.
