Purposeful and necessary for who does act. 2. Action is done at the right time and to the proper point(s) or stage(s) or level(s). And speed or rate is right so that it is completed promptly. 3. Thing remains in position for period of time desired. 4. No unplanned loss occurs to the thing - not broken, damaged, dirtied, torn, despoiled, etc. - as a result of action. 5. No damage is done to the person, animal or thing used to effect action, whatever effort is put into act, especially when thing has an ability to respond to stimulus. 6.
