2. Necessary to give effusive praise (as thing cannot be got, from particular person, by saying or writing or singing the truth!).
___________________________

3. Insincere 'praise' is offered timely, when it can still help to achieve objective(s) (there is no guarantee that thing wanted will be permanently available to be given out at any future time/date).
______________________________

See perfect PRESENCE (2).

4. There is a certainty that person being praised is in possession of, and can give, the thing desired (even if the thing's ownership is being disputed or in doubt).

5. No single 'dirt' (= truth!) is in the 'praise'. That is, all that is said or written is not likely to upset the person it is addressed to (the recipient has the right understanding not to misinterpret or misjudge what is heard or read).
