Specific and identifiable. That is, quality can be clearly seen, not covered or disguised (to emphasize). 2. Quality is genuine, not maintained or sustained by a prop. 3. Level surface is desired. That is, no attempt will be made that is aimed at effecting a change in the condition of surface. 4. Extent, spread or area covered by quality is as desired. 5.
