| FLASHMOBBING Definition: An occasion arranged through mobile/cellphone or email, in which a large group of people gather together in a public place, at exactly the same time, for a short time doing something there and then quickly all leaving at the same time. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (see definition). 2. Considered a necessity to have gathering. 3. Notification about meeting is sent out timely. 4. Agenda item(s) is/are made known in the notification. 5. All who got invitation to meeting attended. 6. Thing to do is not an illegality. And use of public place will be authorized or approved, where required. 7. No late comers. That is, arrival of the invitees at designated place is prompt - at exactly the expected time. 8. Thing to do is correctly and completely done, within the allotted time, by all who are present at public venue. 9. Departure is timely or prompt, exactly as planned (connect to #7, to emphasize, see definition). 10. Public place is not damaged or despoiled as a direct result of things done by the 'rowdy' group. And the environment and ecosystem is not negatively affected by their presence in public place. 11. Non-invitees who may be present, near or around the public place would not be disturbed by the gathered crowd. 12.
