The unlawfulness or its improper nature will be definite. 5. Members of the public will see or notice all the damage done. 6. Attempt(s) made to resist 'madness' had failed woefully. 7. No sanction or punishment will be meted out to the wrongdoer(s). 8. Vandal(s) would get warning, talking-to, conndemnation, etc. 9. A loss, disadvantage, etc. will arise from thoughtlessness. 10. Vandal will achieve objective(s) and never regrets bad action. 11.
