| FISTICUFFS Definition: (old-fashioned or humorous) A fight in which people hit each other with their fists: boxing. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. That is, there is a cause and a justification for blows. ____________________ NOT KARATE ! 2. Hands or fists are bare and natural. That is, hands are not gloved or covered with foreign substances. _______________________ NO HEADBUTTS !! 3. An unwritten rule that disallows the use of any other weapon apart from the hands exists. ______________________ NOT KUNG FU !!! 4. No serious loss, injury, infection, or even death, arises from the exchanges. _____________________ NO BITING !!!! 5. Act will be regretted by all the combatants, whether purpose(s) is/are achieved or not. That is, it would be wished later that fight did not take place or that other deadlier weapons were permitted to be deployed in the 'battle'. __________________________ STOP FIGHTING !!!!! | |
