No failure of memory. That is, a recall or recollection would be possible, if thing is not new or a 'first time'. 2. Achievement, event, etc. is complete and concluded. 3. The circumstances of happening are specific and identifiable, whether complex or simple, confusing or understandable. 4. Something can be learned (and taught) from the new situation. 5. Never previously imagined or dreamed of. And experience is not a deja vu! (To emphasize.) 6.
