Done appropriately, that is, with the right method(s) and with the correct substances, tools or implements, etc. And not ruled illegal! 5. Equipment, etc. are not or will not be seriously damaged as a result of the fire's intensity. 6. No unplanned loss of human or animal lives occur during activities. 7. Duration is considered appropriate - to help reduce risk, loss, danger, destruction, etc. 8. Right measures are put in place during fight to stop spread or to prevent an escalation of fire. 9.
