Purposeful and necessary to show emotion. 2. Cause is specific and identifiable, whether declared or not. 3. Directed at the right person or target (= idea, target, animal, plant, etc.). Even if subject is self! 4. Unsuccessful efforts have been made at self-restraint. 5. Extent of anger is measurable and/or assessable, but not overly excessive or extreme. 6. A loss or some losses will arise from the situation. 7.
