| FILING CLERK Definition: (British English) A person whose job is to file letters, etc. and to do general office tasks. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to have person employed. 2. Properly employed, after appropriate recruitment processes including health test, interview, vetting, etc. (to emphasize). 3. Trained appropriately on how to perform filing duties. 4. Does work dutifully and loyally. That is, performs efficiently and honestly on the job. 5. Knows the other general office tasks that he/she is expected to perform in addition to his or her main duty. That is, extra responsibilities are specific and identifiable, and listed in a schedule of duties. 6. (Reserved.)
