| FIGHT FOR JUSTICE Definition: (informal) An attempt to get fair treatment; to be treated fairly and reasonably, using the instrumentality of a court of law. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. * [See perfect DIJUDICATION.] 1. Purposeful - to restore honour, secure freedom, get a reduced sentence (by a guilty/convicted party), win (adequate) compensation, restore fairness, etc. ___________________________________ WHATEVER THE INJUSTICE. 2. Effort is by a (the) truly 'innocent' person or persons/party, that is, by someone with a genuine case. _____________________________________________________ IN THE DOCK, IN JAIL, UNDER A RESTRICTION, ETC. 3. Fought timely, so as to help in achieving the goal(s), as desired. _______________________________________________________________ WITH OR WITHOUT LEGAL AID OR OTHER FORMS OF SUPPORT. 4. In the appropriate court or courts of competent jurisdiction. __________________________________________________ LOWER, HIGHER OR HIGHEST, AS NECESSARY. 5. Identifiable and/or specific points of 'battle': focused, consistent and insistent struggle(s). __________________________ DILIGENT PURSUIT. 6. Efforts are all by legal and/or extra-legal, not illegal means. __________________________________________________________________ BEFORE A JURY OR JUDGE OR 'EMPEROR' OR COURT MARTIAL OR ... 7. 'Search' does not lead to an unplanned loss - excessive expenditure, death, injury/wound, etc. - for the party seeking justice. ________________________________ NO SHAME OR REGRET(S). 8. Effort is sustained and concluded - here on earth! _________________________________ HOWEVER LONG IT TAKES. 9. Fight is or will be won.
