| FIELDWORK (1) Definition: Research or study that is done in the real world rather than in a library or laboratory. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (see perfect LEARNING (1).). 2. Considered a necessity, as library or laboratory cannot produce the result(s) desired (see perfect REALITY (1).). 3. The wherewithal to conduct exercise completely and thoroughly is possessed (see perfect PREPARATION (1).). 4. People out there, in the real world, are not given prior notice or information about the arrival and the nature of activities to be carried out by learner(s)/researcher(s) (see perfect EARLY WARNING). 5. Persons, elements and objects encountered during work are not artificial, pretentious, fake, etc. unless the scope of work is on these sort of person and things (see perfect NATURE (2).). 6. Work is undertaken seriously and thoroughly, to the best ability of learner(s) or researcher(s) (see perfect CONCENTRATION (1).). 7. Research or study is completed or concluded promptly or timely, without unnecessary wastes (see perfect EFFICIENCY (1).). 8. No unplanned loss is suffered by person conducting study and no damage or destruction occurs to the environment or ecosystem (see perfect EXCAVATION (1).). 9.
