Not used as a serving or feeding point for combatants. 5. Surroundings will pose no risk to cooking. 6. Protected or well secured from dangers. 7. Can be quickly dismantled, without an unplanned loss. 8. Serves purpose(s), especially if troops are 'winning'. 9.
