| APPROACHABILITY (1) Definition: (of a place, position, location, etc.) Having a quality of being able to be approached. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. The method(s) or means needed will be specific and identifiable. 2. Distance or space, events or activities required to be covered or performed will be considered as safe and reasonable to be attempted. 3. Effort(s) or input(s) demanded will be measurable or assessable. 4. The wherewithal that will be required to launch and/or continue a try will be believed to be completely attainable or fully possessed. That is, the capability to compare, calculate, assess, etc. exists. 5. The conditions of fundamentals needed to catch and reach, or to progress or advance to goal will be 'known', even if an estimation. 6.
