| FIDUCIARY (1) Definition: A person or company that is in a position of trust, especially when it involves controlling money or property belonging to others. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity to be in particular position. 2. Person is officially recognized, or company is legally registered, to provide particular sort of service. 3.
