5. Takes relevant action to avoid the police, rightful owners, etc.

6. Able to recognize own goods that had been stolen (if applicable).

7. Keeps items safe and/or achieves purpose(s) without being caught.

8. Benefit envisaged will be considered as worth the risks involved.
