| FENCE (1) Definition: A structure made of wood or wire supported with posts that is put between two areas of land as a boundary, or around a garden/yard, field, etc. to keep animals in, or to keep people and animals out. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Necessary to have structure in place. 3. Structure occupies the right space or area of land. 4. Solid. That is, wood or wire is of the best available quality. 5. Height, thickness, length, etc. of structure is appropriate to help achieve the intended goal(s). 6. Erected properly with a strong foundation and with solid 'pillars'. 7. (Reserved.) (Has a clear warning, that is readable, on its surface, if necessary, or where required.) 8. Stays in its location for period required or hoped for. That is, the forces of nature or the activities of man do not remove or destroy structure before the time it is intended for it to remain in particular position. 9.
