Purposeful (see definition). 2. Considered necessary to demand and receive amount. 3. Fixed or exact, whether amount is a single sum or within a range. 4. Amount is deemed as legal. That is, money given is not going to be later decided as an illegal, unauthorized or unapproved payment. 5. Has conditions for refunds, reviews, etc. (if applicable). 6. Will earn or secure appropriate or commensurate membership, or service, of organization, or thing. 7. Affordable. That is, 'largeness' of amount does not make payer to steal, embezzle, misappropriate, borrow, etc. in order to pay. 8.
