Believed purposeful and considered necessary, by the stakeholders, to send forth the hopeful representative. 2. Did win it, square and fair, the electoral processes that led to his or her emergence as the state's nominee. 3. Unanimous, the backing provided by the state's delegates. That is, gets all the votes of the local supporters. 4. Vice-presidency will not be on the cards of delegates, i.e., no behind the scene moves to be a running mate. 5. The 'Number One', throughout run: hustings, campaign, debates, fund-raising, etc.; consistently encouraged. 6.
