Definition: [ ~ (that ...)/ ~ (for doing something) ] The responsibility for something wrong that has happened or been done.

1. Wrong done or that has happened is specific and identifiable.

2. Extent of wrong (= mistake, error, etc.) is measurable and/or assessable.

3. The origin - person, what, etc. - of wrong is traceable. That is, where or person with whom responsibility should be placed is or can be known.

4. Cause of wrong is undeniable. Or the person(s) that is/are culpable can be easily known, even where an attempt at denying responsibility is successfully made.

5. Solution, cure, answer, etc. is available or can be found to right the wrong, either immediately or at a later time.

6. A lesson is, or some lessons are, learned in, or from, the situation.
