That is, equipment, etc. are not constantly damaged and workers do not fall ill and die as a direct result of farming techniques or methodology. 7. Business is productive and profitable. That is, adequate income is made by owner and each worker is paid a living wage. 8. Business is maintained or sustained for as long as necessary. And farmland is not made fallow unjustifiably. 9.
