Purposeful and considers it a necessity to be engaged in farm work for another. 2. Nature-lover, even if not a naturalist (to emphasize). 3. Always early to the 'office': workplace (= the farm!) 4. Dutiful at work. That is, serves purpose(s). 5. Honest, truthful and sincere with farm owner/employer/farmer, etc. 6. Healthy and fit - never sick at a crucial period. 7. Does not feed directly from, or make meals in, the farm. And does not give out or sell farm produce without authorization by farmer or farm owner or employer. (Connect to #5 & #8.) 8. Well remunerated. Or has no complaints about how much he or she receives as payment for work done. 9. (Reserved.)
