| FARMER Definition: A person who owns or manages a farm. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. Has a purpose and considers it a necessity to own or manage (work in) a farm (connect to #2). 2. Not a part or distant owner or manager. That is, person is in full possession, goes to and gets involved, to allowable extents, with the farming activities (connect to #3). 3. Has training or experience. Knows and does the right thing(s) with what will be harvested or reaped from the farm or labour/effort (connect to #8). 8. Gets the finances and support - loans, overdraft facilities, if any, right. That is, manager does not go bankrupt as a direct outcome of trying to sustain farm (connect to #9). 9. Owner is not a slave-driver, if farmhands are in his or her employ. And ensures the serviceability of farm equipment, machinery, tools, etc. (connect to #10). 10. Achieves objective(s).
