Purposeful and believed necessary for who makes quality. 2. Not ever planned or demanded to be taken too seriously. 3. Can't be changed by unforeseen circumstances while on. 4. Only free resources will be used by those amused or involved. 5. Benefits, if any, from quality will be minimal and cheap. 6.
