| FAQ Definition: Used especially on websites to refer to questions about computers and the Internet. FAQ is an abbreviation for 'frequently asked questions'. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity to use in reference. (WHAT?) 2. Usually 'asked' by who writes the questions, from a compilation of enquiries received, reasoning, studies, imagination, etc. (WHOSE?) 3. Plain and direct, concise and easy to read and understand. (WHERE?) 4. Complete and correct. That is, can be answered reasonably. (WHICH?) 5. Have accurate answers that are provided for each question. (WHEN?) 6. Will raise new silent questions which would have been answered in the replies or responses already provided. (SHOULD, WOULD ... ?) 7. Set of questions will be printed, published, circulated, broadcast, propagated, etc. more than once, whoever the readership or audience (to emphasize, see definition). (COULD, MUST, CAN ...?) 8. Serves purpose(s) or achieves objective(s) - informs, educates, illuminates, entertains, etc. (WHY?) 9.
