| FAN CLUB Definition: An organization that a person's fans belong to and that sends them information, etc. about that person. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity. 2. Registered appropriately, not an illegal organization. 3. Has the blessing or approval of person (= star, hero, role model, heroine, etc.). 4. Does not make illegal or immoral or unethical use of person's image, idea, product, etc. 5. Provides only genuine (factual), prompt ('scoop') and relevant ('live') information as may be required or thought deserved by fans. 6. Well-organized and/or managed. And not involved in extortion, shady deals, etc. for the management's exclusive benefits. That is, will not defraud fans or the general public and will not perpetrate an embezzlement of the general funds of club. 7. Will not bring dishonour or discredit to the person in whose behalf it is established. And will never misrepresent the 'star'. Plays, its part, i.e. serves purpose(s). 8. (Reserved.)
