Falling in love
FALLING IN LOVE

Definition: (phrase) (informal) The cultivation of romantic feelings for, or the development of an amorous relationship with, some other person.
______________________________________________________________________

Quotation: "To fall in love with God is the greatest romance; to seek Him the greatest adventure; to find Him, the greatest human achievement". - St. Augustine of Hippo.

* All eleven elements should be in.

1. Purposeful and necessary, whoever the subject of the (your) desire, whatever his or sexual preference or sexuality.

2. Not rushed, whenever it starts or commences. That is, not at first touch or feel or view, after initial contact or recommendation, etc.

3. Declared openly or can be easily deduced from the attitude and behaviour of the person who is completely smitten by him or her.

4. The heart, not 'the head', of who has feelings will be in charge at this time - deciding and controlling acts, actions and inaction.

5. There will be an awareness of the flaws of the 'love of your life'. That is, sickly feeling will be recognized for what it is!

6. A readiness or willingness to overlook the shortcomings of the impending 'soulmate' will be present. That is, a blind eye will be turned to every negative sign shown or displayed by Romeo or Juliet. And the besotted must not end up committing a crime of passion.

7. There will be an ability or capacity to invest the required time and resources or to nurture the hopefully soon-to-be exciting union.

8. A competition, for the Knight in shining armour or for Cinderella, will not be shied away from or given up on, by the person who is lovesick or lovelorn, or love-struck, whoever the threat, rival, etc. That is, there will be no alternative, in his or her mind, to this 'True love'.

9. Thoughts towards or concerning partner-to-be will be rosy and only silver linings will be seen during 'trip' and at the end of 'dreams'.

10. The activities involved will be current and ongoing, lawful and true, persistent and consistent; momentous: present here and now. (To emphasize.)

11. Serves purpose(s) - never a crime - whether or not the wooing or courtship is reciprocated, wherever the 'adventure' leads, for whoever is excited.
