| FAITH HEALING Definition: A method of treating a sick person through the power of belief and prayer. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful to use method (to emphasize). 2. Considered necessary as other methods are not guaranteed to succeed, and/or if previously tried, have failed. 3. Person being treated has not commenced a medical regimen. 4. Person being treated is not one that believes or prays. That is, beneficiary had some doubts about the veracity of belief or the efficacy of prayers. 5. Cure is attained timely. That is, prayers are answered quickly. 6. Treatment does not include a fast or sacrifice or restitution! And no payment, in cash or kind, is demanded or received by faith healer! 7. Healing will be total. That is, no relapse will be experienced by the cured person. And no 'readmission' will occur. 8. Person healed is made stronger in the faith, even if only temporarily, until he/she starts to 'backslide' or only till person gets sick or readmitted again. ____________________________ SO, WHICH OF THE FAITHS ?
