Purposeful and necessary to earmark particular person or thing. 2. Person is aware of 'qualification' and makes no complaint. 3. No boundaries, limits, no-go areas, etc. are imposed or exists. 4. Person has no liberty or opportunity to play a joke, state a criticism, etc. in return. (To emphasize.) 5. No problem or unplanned loss arises from the situation. 6.
