An unsuccessful person. ______________________________________________________________________ * All four elements would be in. 1. Did not try enough. Or did not put in maximum effort. 2. And/or after trying and not succeeding, did not try again. Makes or made no second or additional (possible) effort. 3. Refused or refuses to 'get up', after a 'fall' or after each 'fall', to try again, and again, even with an offer of a help or assistance. 4. Takes or took no positive away from failure. That is, learns, learned, or will learn nothing. ______________________________________ Even a first runner-up can be a perfect failure. This happens when there is no reward or even an acknowledgment for second (2nd) position.
