| FAILURE (1) Definition: Lack of success in doing or achieving something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Lack of success is not designed, planned or desired (whether considered by others as deserved or undeserved). 2. Maximum effort was seemingly put in endeavour (when input was actually inadequate or inappropriate). 3. Thing is a doable or is an achievable 'milestone' (either by you, or others, in the past, and/or maybe, in the future). 4. Situation is irreversible. (That is, no chance will be available, to try again, that might end in a success.) 5. Assessment or grading/marking was correct, unbiased (no excuses or complaints). 6. Loss, pain, disappointment, etc. arises from the lack of success. That is, there is an awareness or there will be a full realization and regret that thing could not be successfully done (no ifs and buts). 7. Nothing good comes out, not by chance, from lack of success. (No delusions and no gains.) 8. Will not and cannot normally be proudly acknowledged, associated with or defended. And never justified or explained away. (Cover it up!) 9. No attempt will be made or no chance is or will be available or taken to do thing successfully another time, or on the presentation of a fresh opportunity, where possible (shame). ________________________________ * MUST NEVER BE REWARDED.
