| FAIL (2) Definition: If someone fails a test, examination, or course, they perform badly in it and do not reach the standard required. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. Not desired or deliberately planned for, except the bad performance is in a negative endeavour and serves a positive purpose. 2. Adequate preparation was seemingly appropriately made for the test, examination, course, etc., as applicable. 3. Conduct, assessment, grading, etc. was done efficiently or professionally. That is, an external examination will make no difference. 4. There will be no viable opportunity or a second chance to resit or retry the flunked test, examination, or course. (To emphasize.) 5.
