Definitions:

i. [idiomatic - have/get an eyeful (of something)] (British English, informal) To look carefully at something that is interesting or unusual.

ii. (informal) If you get an eyeful of something, especially of something you would not normally see, you are able to get a good look at it.

4. No damage will occur to an eye or to the eyes and no unplanned loss will be suffered as a direct consequence of a prolonged view.

5. Look achieves goal(s), even if thing will be forgotten afterwards.

6. Lasts or lasted for the exact period of time desired without a request or demand for a second chance to look at the thing again.

7. No touching or feeling or physical examination will occur during the period that dark or shadowy or effulgent thing will be looked at.
