| EXTENDED FAMILY Definition: A family group with a close relationship among the members that includes not only parents and children but also uncles, aunts, grandparents, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to have close relationship. 2. Membership is complete and whole. That is, no single parent(s) or 'halves' in the grouping. (To emphasize, see definition.) 3. No child or children of doubtful paternity is/are in the collection! 4. All the members are always law-abiding. 5. Supports and cooperates with each other at all times, within the confines of the law. That is, love, trust, faith, etc. exists amongst all of the parents, uncles, etc. in their entirety. 6. Members do not engage in acts, actions or activities that can cause damage, despoliation or destruction to the environment or ecosystem. 7. (Reserved.) (No traitor or 'weak link' among the members.) 8. All the members are safe and protected (healthy), well-behaved and disciplined (mature), secured and confident (independent), together (united) and peaceful (friendly).
