That is, safe and secured to travel on. 8. Departs timely and will therefore not need to go too fast. 9. Comfortable and protected to travel in. That is, has guards, emergency services, etc. on board to provide security and medical cover. And the coaches/cars are never overcrowded! 10. Never delays on the way without a justification. That is, always arrives destination(s) timely, on schedule or as scheduled. 11.
