| EXPLAINING Definition: When you have to explain or give a good reason for your actions. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to break things down; NEEDFUL. 2. Required by the law, or custom, or a situation; UNAVOIDABLE. 3. Commences appropriately from the 'beginning' to the end; TIMELY. 4. The details or facts will be complete and whole and true; GENUINE. 5. Clear and concise, even if an interpreter is needed. That is, what will be explained or given will be plainly understood; PAINSTAKING. 6. Direct and straight to the point - no prevarication or rigmarole or procrastination. Heart-to-heart and/or face to face, if need be; THOROUGH. 7. Will be listened to fully or read completely, as applicable - sufficient enough; ACCEPTABLE. 8. What has to be done or given is not 'immeasurable' (= tears, labour, etc.); SINCERE. 9. Takes a reasonable period of time, whether or not the talk or 'offer' is believed; TOLERABLE. 10. Serves purpose(s) or achieves goal(s) - no grey area, and so not taken with a grain of salt; CONVINCING. ________________________________________________ ... always SOME OR A LOT TO DO.
