Purposeful and necessary - the acquisition of specialist knowledge, skill, training, etc. 2. Thorough, complete, right. That is, what is possessed is both in theory and practice. And current or past knowledge (if required). 3. Person can pass on the expertise or teach what is known to others, if and when necessary. _____________________________________________ MORE THAN AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL ! That is, able to explain and demonstrate convincingly. 6. Person is not a 'one-timer', or feat is not a one-off.
