| EXPECTATION (3) Definition: A strong belief about the way something should happen or how somebody should behave. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to have strong belief. 2. There is a solid basis - composition or training, arrangement or experience, attitude or beliefs, etc., etc. 3. What should happen and behaviour expected are not 'impossibles'. 4. Belief has been transformed to a preparation and readiness in anticipation of expected output or behaviour. That is, the 'guards' over the probability of disappointment, 'failure', etc. have been lowered! 5. Precedence, of processes and/or procedures, or practicality of rules or instructions, supports stand. That is, similar hopes in the past were not forlorn.
