Purposeful and necessary for you to have an 'out way'. 2. Well thought out or planned early, prior the offing of difficulty. 3. Fixed and permanent - cannot be reviewed; no true 'Plan B'. 4. Can be activated immediately - not dependent on an external party. 5. A law or policy can't be used to cause a truncation or delay. 6.
