Hands, gaze, attention, etc. will be directed at, mostly or usually, the regions of his or her sexual organs. 4. Never threatens to show or actually talk about showing organs. 5. Prospective flasher will not do anything else, or will not know what to do, if or after an indecent exposure. 6. Never really shows sexual organs in public!
